Could biodegradation be the solution?

In the regulations for biodegradable resin products stipulated by the Ministry of Environment, there is a term called “aerobic condition”. The aerobic condition is a special environmental condition where aerobic microorganisms can decompose organic matters with continuous supply of sufficient oxygen. A specific temperature, concentrations, and others must be provided for the environmental condition. Since these conditions are not natural, a specialized treatment facility is required to decompose biodegradable resin products. This means that the biodegradation of resin products is not natural decomposition.
